Nexcode is not a newly formed startup. The team members have been working together for years. After a while, we decided that we wanted to go our own way, where – in our opinion – our greatest strength lies in our shared experience and established workflows.

We all have more than 10-15 years of experience. We are able to complete a task from start to finish – even one developer on their own, starting from joint planning to implementation.

We are not big – and we don’t want to be. We take on just as much as we can do, without lulling the client into false illusions.

Our attitude

We do what we promise

We have three values that have developed during our work together and have been reflected in every project since then:

  • First of all, we try to communicate with our clients in plain language. We have experienced that in many cases, excessive professionalism scares them away. In addition, if necessary, we help design the software to be created, and we stay in touch with the clients during the development process, so they are also aware of how the development is progressing.
  • We don’t take on more than we can deliver.
    Many development companies win a project by saying yes to everything, and then the reality comes out during construction. We think the opposite: we tend to promise less, but we definitely deliver.
  • Handover is not the end of the relationship, but can also be the beginning of a long-term partnership.
    Most software develops the most after launch: real needs, feedback from real users, new features come. We expect this and build on it. More than half of our clients came back after the first project was completed — not because they needed it, but because they know we are available and understand/know their system.
