• Working in the customer’s pocket

Users spend an average of over 4 hours a day on their phones and spend 90% of their time online using apps, not browsers. With a native app, a business gains a direct, constant presence on the user’s most personal device, bypassing the noise of social media and search engine algorithms.

  • Push notifications as a new generation marketing weapon

While a significant portion of emails end up in the SPAM folder or remain unread (average opening rate around 20%), well-targeted push notifications create an immediate and almost unavoidable connection. A mobile application allows a business to immediately present its most important messages (promotions, updates, reminders) to the user.

  • Digitalized customer experience

A unique mobile application enables seamless and fast service (biometric identification, offline access, native functions) that a website can never technically achieve. Convenience has become one of the most important expectations for modern technologies: a customer who can complete their business in your app with two clicks will never go to a competitor offering more complicated processes.

  • Increase cost efficiency through user data

Mobile apps can provide a depth and precision of user data and behavioral patterns that allows a business to perfectly personalize its offerings. This knowledge allows for radical reductions in marketing costs and increases in basket value, as it enables us to make decisions based on solid data.

Consultation and planning

The very first phase of development, when we plan the appearance and functions of the mobile application in regular consultation with the client.

UI/UX design

In the next step, we will create the appearance of the software to be created. We will test it on multiple devices and – if required – platforms.

Integration of functionalities

We complement the created appearance with real data and functions. These will determine the knowledge and capabilities of the application.

Testing

We test the completed software before handover. Both in appearance and functionality. In our eyes, this is a very important process to ensure that the final result reaches users flawlessly.

FAQ

Do I really need a mobile app?

It’s a fair question. Not every case requires a mobile app. We can discuss this during the initial consultation and advise you on whether your business goals really require one or whether a web app would be more appropriate.

What do I need to add to this?

The client provides the content, with their effective participation we design the appearance of the screens, and if the content is provided by web databases, they must ensure their maintenance (which, of course, we can help with).
This does not mean that all such burdens are on the client’s shoulders – unless they are prepared to look for developers for this. We help answer questions and provide advice to our clients who do not yet have a complete concept of how the application will work or look.

How is the application submitted?

We must upload the application to the online marketplaces (Apple Store and Google Play) of the platforms we are developing it for. Once it appears there, the work is considered fully completed.

Do I need to maintain the adopted application?

Due to the changing technology, it is recommended to update the app regularly. After a while (years), newer operating systems will not be able to run old code. Updating also enriches the user experience with the tools provided by newer technologies.

How much does it cost?

Unfortunately, this is not an easy question to answer, because, even in the case of a home renovation, its complexity determines the final price. For applications, this means the number of functions, the complexity of the appearance, and the implementation of iOS or Android-specific requirements. But let’s take 3 types of samples:
a) simple application (essentially an introduction system, with simple authentication and some user-specific operations, possibly image uploads, a request for quotation form): 2-5 million HUF
b) more complex, moderately complex app with multiple functions (e.g. webshop): 5-15 million HUF
c) complex system (complex forms, online shopping, push notifications, interactions, measurements): 15-20 million HUF

How long does it take to complete?

The answer is similar to the first question. The duration of a mobile application is determined by the elements mentioned above, the duration of the design, the testing process, and the availability of Apple and Google to review the completed app. The amount is determined by the time spent. Based on this:
a) simple application: 1-3 months
b) more complex, moderately complex, multi-functional app: 3-8 months
c) complex system (complex forms, online shopping, push notifications, interactions, measurements): 8-12 months
